Even/odd day operation schedule at airport
Establish a system of scheduling under which drivers would be allowed to work at the airport on either even or odd-numbered days, so that they can work fewer days with less competition for more financial gain.
The City of Austin conducted a pilot study for an even/odd schedule. It found that the driver wait time was averaging 1.5 hours; staff concluded that no new operation policy was needed at this time. This idea will be considered further in the future.
